An integrative review of Indonesia’s quality of care

High-quality health care services would give good outcomes to society. Nursing service is part of the quality-of-care process. The study aimed investigate quality in Indonesian hospitals over last 20 years. integrative review method was used, and 36 studies Indonesia were analyzed, following procedure: problem recognition, literature finding, data assessment, review, presentation results. Currently, low. has increased time line with technology science, factors which are related have broader. Those hospital management factors, nurse, nursing organization including nurses staffing, environment, job design. staffing shortage, workload, satisfaction, burnout, turnover. Meanwhile, work environment include supervision, empowerment, nurse-physician relationship, managerial, surveillance, case management. Job design rounds, delivery, competencies, training needs, roles, documentation. Besides, personal education, gender, ability/skills, critical thinking. Therefore, complicated need further explore whether they significant results improve care.
